INTRO

The apartment block was built in 2020 and is made up of four identical apartments.

Each of which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge and a big balcony with a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Each apartment is 60m2. Outside is a heated pool and terrace, with an outside shower and toilet. The pool house also has an inside shower and toilet, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Everything is present for a relaxing holiday, and in case anything is missing our building manager lives next door and is always ready to help. The house is perfectly suited for a holiday with several families or a group of friends together, and ideal for the watersports lover; with boat rentals and a myriad of aqua sports and games just a few steps down on the beach.

CAVTAT

Cavtat is a gem on the Adriatic coast, just 5km from Dubrovnik airport.

It is a cozy and authentic town. The promenade in the center also serves as the quay for big yachts, docking here to check-in to Croatia or receiving VIP guests and celebrities who arrive here by private jet. Pubs and restaurants can be found on the promenade. Our building is in the Tiha bay in Obod village, located about 20 minutes walk from the town centre. Obod is the perfect base for discovering Dubrovnik, just 15km by car or 9km by sea. Regular boat trips to Dubrovnik operate from Cavtat, or you can even take a water taxi.
